CAMERON MANAGEMENT ROLE

Kathy Gonzalez is the Property Manager for 808 Travis (Esperson Buildings). The Esperson Buildings are Houston’s most historic and best-known landmark, comprised of 600,000 rentable square feet.

As Property Manager, Kathy is responsible for financial reporting to ownership, tenant relations, and leasing activities, overseeing building maintenance and preparation of annual operating budgets, operating expenses reconciliations, and tenant collections.

 

CAMERON HIGHLIGHTS

Kathy joined Cameron Management in 2001 in the role of Assistant Property Manager for their 3000 Richmond, 3100 Richmond, and 4211 Southwest Freeway properties. She was also involved in Cameron’s third-party property management via 7660 Woodway and 811 Rusk. Kathy was instrumental in the sale and disposition of 3000 Richmond to the Morgan Group in 2011.

 

CAREER BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Cameron Management, Kathy served as Property Manager for Realty Ventures, Inc. in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was responsible for all managerial duties for a 100-unit, upscale luxury lakefront marina apartment known as Sailboat Bay, while also managing two 100,000-square foot office buildings located in Metairie.

Kathy was the Assistant Property Manager for the Texaco Building located in downtown New Orleans, consisting of 600,000 square feet of rentable office space owned and managed by Joseph C. Canizaro Interest. Prior to this management position, Kathy served as assistant to the Chief Financial Officer for the entity owning the New Orleans Canal Place Project.
